Upgrade Your Tank
The state of New Jersey is offering up to $3,000 in grants to help you upgrade your oil tank. These grants often cover the cost of replacing a non-leaking underground tank.

High-Rise for Students
A developer is proposing a 600-bed high rise dormitory for students of Eggerts Crossing Road. Both the College of New Jersey and Rider are experiencing housing shortages, and both have held lotteries for students to obtain housing. The project would be about the same distance from each school.

Solar Powered Township?
Mayor Jack Ball and other township officials are looking into the possibility of having solar panels installed on the roofs of township buildings.
Ball, township business administrator David W. Thompson, school business administrator Dennis Nettleton and School Board member Jonathan Savage recently met with representatives of a solar power company called Soltage to discuss the issue.
